Born in Queens to Ecuadorian parents, I learned early the value of hard work and self-discipline. Now, as a competitive powerlifter with a degree in Biological Sciences from CUNY Baruch College, I bring both education and experience to every client I coach.
At Mayhem Training, I help adults build confidence and strength through smart programming, accountability, and results that last, no fluff, no fads. I’ve trained clients from ages 12 to 80, tailoring each plan to fit their lives and goals.
